For sellers who exceed their listing limit:
- You will not be able to publish a new listing
- Excess listings with zero sold count, followed by the least recently updated, will be prioritized to be “unlisted”
Seller may change their listing price via seller center. The steps to change listing price is as below:
Bullmart Seller Center > My products > Click on the products that you would like to change the price > The price is able to change under Variation List
Listings are labelled as spam when they include irrelevant information and affect the search experience for buyers.
Spam listings include duplicate listings, price spam listings, keyword spam listings, and attribute spam listings.
If your listing is deleted, banned or delisted by Bullmart, it is most likely due to a violation of either Bullmart’s listing policies or local rules and regulations.
Deleted listings cannot be recovered.
For certain banned and delisted listings (depending on the type of violation), you may edit them to comply with the listing policies and submit them for Bullmart’s review by a specific deadline. Once approved, these listings would be reinstated to their original status as live listings again. If you failed to take action by the given deadline, the listing will be deleted.
Products that are not allowed to be sold by law or under Bullmart’s Listing Policy will be considered prohibited products on Bullmart.
Examples of prohibited products include:
- Alcohol (unless a valid license has been submitted to and is approved by Bullmart)
- Animal and wildlife products (including, without limitation, wild animals)
- Prohibited food
- Sexually explicit content
- Stolen goods
To delete a listing, go to the My Products page on Seller Centre > Select listing (click on the arrow on bottom right of the listing) > Delete
