You can cancel your order by submitting a cancellation request. The request can be done via this request form.
Buyers can only submit one cancellation request for every order. If your cancellation request is rejected or withdrawn, you will not be able to submit another request for the same order. You will get a response on your request update within 2 working days via email.
- Sellers are allowed to reject cancellation requests for orders that have been packed/arranged for shipment.
- Refunds will be automatically processed upon successful cancellation.
Bullmart will automatically cancel your orders if:
- You did not complete payment within the specified time limit after placing your order.
- The seller did not adhere to the shipping deadline set for their product.
- The seller has been inactive for more than 7 days.
- Item has been damaged / lost in transit
Sellers are required to ship out orders within their Days to Ship (DTS) period, excluding weekends and public holidays. A ready stock order must be shipped out within 3 days from the paid date. Products that are pre-ordered must be fulfilled within 7-30 days to fall within the DTS estimations.
Once your order has been cancelled, the payment will be released back to your Bullmart Earnings, and you may withdraw it to your bank account.
For successful requests
The refund process will be initiated within 3 to 5 working days for all successful cancellation requests. The refund will be initiated to user’s Bullmart Earnings, and user may withdraw it to your bank account.
For unsuccessful requests
If your cancellation request is unsuccessful, the order will remain active and seller will proceed the shipment on time.
If your order status is Delivered but you have not received your order, kindly contact our customer service agent in soonest time and our agent will assist you on checking with courier.
If you have not received your parcel after the expected delivery date, kindly provide your order ID to our customer service agent for checking on the order status.
Bullmart does not offer direct exchange between buyers and sellers. If you are not satisfied with the product(s) received, you can raise a return/refund request and then make another purchase for other products that you prefer.
After raising a return/refund request, you’ll need to wait for the request to be accepted before you can ship the product(s) for return. The refund will be processed once the product is checked and accepted by the seller.
