[Buyer Basics] How do I make a purchase on Bullmart?

In Bullmart, there’s few features that allow buyer to use before they proceed to checkout page. The features are as below:


  • Chat Now – Buyer will able to chat with seller to discuss on the product details
  • Add to Cart – Buyer will able to add the item to their shopping cart and continue shopping
  • Buy Now – Buyer will be directed to the checkout page to finalize payment

In the checkout page, buyer will required to click on “Add Address” to update the delivery details before proceed to payment page. Correct postcode and details are required as our courier partner will deliver your order according to the provided details. 

[Buyer Basics] What Payment Methods Are Supported By Bullmart?

Below are 3 different payment methods buyers can use to pay for their orders. 


  • Credit / Debit Card

Bullmart only supports locally issued Visa / Mastercard. 


  • Online Banking

Orders can be paid via CIMB Clicks, Maybank2u and etc and get updated within minutes for fast and secure payment service.


  • E-Wallets

Buyers are now able to place order with using Boost e-wallet, Touch n’ Go, and Grab Pay

[Buyer Basics] How do I withdraw funds from Bullmart Earnings?

You can withdraw funds from your Bullmart Earnings from your Earnings page. 

The Earnings stores refunds from orders paid and bonus allocation that you earned from transactions.

To make a withdrawal: 

Open Bullmart app > Discover > Earnings > click on Withdrawal > select bank account or add bank account > fill in withdrawal amount > Submit 

Withdrawals cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Once the withdrawal request has been approved, the requested amount will be reflected in your selected bank account within 3 to 5 working days. 


  • You can submit your withdrawal on the weekends/ public holidays but note that the withdrawal will only being processed on every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 12noon. 
  • You can’t withdraw funds without updating your account details. 
  • The minimum amount for withdrawal is RM0.00. 
  • You can review your withdrawal details under Recent Transactions.
[Buyer Basics] How can I check the shipping fee of a product?

You can check the shipping fees for product  during checkout. 


The shipping fee will be calculated according to the weight of your parcel and the delivery location. Correct address and postcode is required for calculating the shipping fee. 


Shipping fee is shown under the Shipping Option section for each shop that you’re purchasing from. The total shipping fees of an order will be shown under Shipping Fee.


[Buyer Basics] How do I buy multiple products from different sellers in the same order?

To purchase products from different sellers in the same order, simply add the products to your cart via the Add to Cart button while browsing so that you can pay for them together during checkout.

[Buyer Basics] If I made multiple orders, how will the shipping fee be calculated?

Shipping Fees is the cost for seller to deliver the parcel to a buyer. As sellers will prepare their own parcel, if you buy from different sellers, it will be shipped from different places to you. Thus you will receive one parcel from each of the seller you purchased from the checkout. 

If you are buying multiple products from the same seller in your checkout, you will only be charged shipping fee once. 

[Buyer Basics] How do I choose the shipping channel for my order?

In Bullmart, the shipping channel will be auto assigned by the system to you upon checkout. If the seller enabled for Bullmart Supported Logistic (BSL), the suitable shipping channel will be assigned to your order by our system. 


What can I do if I do not want to use the logistics provider assigned to my order?

Unfortunately, buyers will not be able to make any changes to the allocated logistic providers as the allocation is fully controlled by Bullmart in the interested of benefiting our users. However, rest assured the Bullmart System will select the most suitable Logistic Provider. 

[Buyer Basics] What is Ship Out Time?

The number of days needed to prepare and ship out an order is known as Days to Ship (DTS). 


DTS is calculated based on the time taken from the moment an order’s payment is verified to the moment when shipment is arranged for the order. 


For non pre-order listings, DTS is 3 days.

For pre-order listings, DTS is between 7 to 30 days.


This calculation excludes weekends, public holidays and the logistics partner’s non-working days. 


⚠️ Note

The latest date by which an order has to be shipped out is also known as the shipping deadline or Ship-by Date.

[Buyer Basics] How can I check my order status?

Order status is where you can find all your order details including payment information, shipping information, item purchased and etc. All your orders will be categorized based on its order status into [To Pay, To Ship, To Receive, Completed, Cancelled and Return / Refund].

[Buyer Basics] Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

Buyer are not encouraged to change the delivery address upon the order verified. However, if the address has to be changed due to some reason, you may reach out to our customer service via our Facebook Messenger, and the changes of delivery address is subject to the order status.

[Buyer Basics] Why are my orders cancelled?

Bullmart will automatically cancel your orders if:


  • The seller did not adhere to the shipping deadline set for their product.
  • The seller has been inactive for more than 7 days.
  • Item has been damaged / lost in transit

Once your order has been cancelled, the payment will be refunded to your Bullmart Earnings within 3 to 5 working days. 

[Buyer Basics] How will I get my refund for cancelled orders?

For order cancellations, all the request must be done via this FORM, and we will proceed the refund according to the submitted request. 


After your request has been accepted, we will proceed with the refund to your Bullmart Earnings within 3 to 5 working days, and you may withdraw it to your bank account via steps below:


Bullmart app > Discover > Earnings > Withdraw

[Buyer Basics] What happens if I do not receive my order? Can I ask for a refund?

In the event you did not received the order after seller shipped it out, you may contact our customer service via Facebook Messenger and we will assist you on checking with courier partners. 

[Buyer Basics] How do I view my past purchases/orders?

To view your past orders/purchases:


Go to Discover > My Orders > View your orders under All or Completed tab

[Buyer Basics] How much refund will I get if I request for partial refund?

In Bullmart, there will be a formula for partial refund as the discount of shipping discount and voucher discount will be deducted during partial refund. Below will be the formula for partial refund:


Partial Refund Calculation Formula
1. Refund product price / Subtotal price x 100 = Percentage % of Refund product price
2. (Bullmart voucher & Seller voucher) x Percentage % of Refund product price = Price of Bullmart voucher & Seller voucher used for refund product
3. Refund product price – Price of Bullmart voucher & Seller voucher used for refund product = Refund Amount


1. RM20 / RM50 x 100 = 40%
2. (RM6 + RM2) x 40% = RM3.20
3. RM20 – RM3.20 = RM16.80
